wan to promote if the CIs feel that the sec2s are much much much 1000 more better dan de sec3s! some of us will auto step down with this yr de sec4s we wont mind not getting Sergent, since everyone also say that sec2s are ways much more better dan sec3s! we are fine with it, niwaes even without sec3s the unit also wont close down! so if CIs wan to promote de sec2 instead of the sec3s, plz tell us, dun make us train like FUCK! and in de end we kena humiliated!... thats all i have to say for NPCC!
